Thank you to everyone who joined us at Tokyo Tech Jobs Night at Tokyo Innovation Base on December 10th!

Over 400 tech professionals gathered throughout the evening to connect with 24 Japan-based companies, making it one of the largest events ever hosted at Tokyo Innovation Base.

The event attracted a diverse audience, including Japanese professionals with international work experience as well as participants from overseas. Attendees represented a wide range of roles across the tech ecosystem, including engineers, designers, product managers, project managers, and other specialists.

Participating companies spanned multiple industries, including gaming, construction, media, and entertainment, with many expressing strong interest in engineering talent. While not all teams were hiring immediately, many joined the event to build long-term relationships and increase awareness of their organizations.

Many participants shared that while online opportunities can be convenient, in-person events are especially valuable for fostering meaningful connections through face-to-face interaction.
