At Sollective, we believe that highly skilled independent professionals have significant, yet often underrecognized potential to create value. Through our services, we strived to create opportunities for that value to be recognized and demonstrated in practice.
Even as this belief remains unchanged, advances in technology, changes in the way people work, and broader shifts in the operating environment for these services in Japan have led us to carefully reconsider our continued service operation. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the services listed below on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

For Freelancers Currently Working on Projects through Sollective
If you are currently actively engaged in a project through Sollective, we will contact you individually to discuss your specific case and next steps. We are making the necessary arrangements to support a smooth transition and minimize disruption to ongoing work.
Freelancers working on projects through Sollective between now and the end of September will continue to be able to log in after Wednesday, September 30, 2026 to access project-related features.
Personal Information and Account Data
Platform login access will be disabled for most users on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Freelancers working on active projects during August or September 2026 will continue to have access as described above.
You will be able to download your personal information and account data, including profile information, resumes or CVs, portfolios, and other uploaded materials, until Tuesday, December 15, 2026.

Personal information and account data stored on the platform will be deleted after December 15, 2026. You do not need to contact us separately or take any other action to request deletion.
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law or otherwise described in the policy.
